Introduction
Ts-Services is committed to protecting the privacy of users of its websites and services. This policy describes how we collect, process and protect personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Quebec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect only the information strictly necessary for each purpose (principle of minimisation — PIPEDA, Law 25, GDPR).
II — Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share it with:
- Technical service providers (Vercel hosting, email delivery, marketing tools) acting as processors under contracts compliant with PIPEDA, Law 25 and GDPR
- Judicial or administrative authorities, pursuant to a legal obligation
- Potential acquirers, under equivalent confidentiality commitments
In accordance with Law 25, any contract for communication of personal information to a service provider must include adequate protection measures.
III — Retention Periods
- Client account data: duration of relationship + 3 years; deletion after 36 months' inactivity
- Invoicing data: 7 years (Canadian tax obligation) / 10 years (French accounting obligation)
- Security logs: 12 months
- Contact data: 3 years from last contact
- Consent data: 3 years or until withdrawal
- Real estate data (Gateway): subscription duration + 30 days, then permanent deletion
IV — Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with PIPEDA and Law 25:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit and at rest
- Password hashing
- Least-privilege access controls
- Hosting at Vercel (San Francisco, United States)
- Regular backups and business continuity procedures
- Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for high-risk processing activities, as required by Law 25
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a real risk of significant harm, we notify the OPC and affected individuals without delay, as required by PIPEDA and Law 25.
V — Cross-Border Transfers
Your information is hosted in the United States (Vercel) and/or the EEA. Any transfer outside Canada is governed by contractual measures ensuring a comparable level of protection, in accordance with PIPEDA and Law 25.
VI — Your Rights
Under PIPEDA, Law 25 and GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain a copy of your personal information
- Right to correction: correct inaccurate information
- Right to erasure: request deletion under applicable legal conditions
- Right to object to automated decision-making (Law 25, s. 12.1): object to decisions based solely on automated processing
- Right to portability (Law 25): receive your data in a structured, technology-based format
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without retroactive effect
- Right to file a complaint with the OPC or the CAI

Analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent (valid 13 months, withdrawable at any time). In accordance with Law 25, refusing non-essential cookies has no negative consequences on access to the Website.
